Current Status: Storm damage repairs were designed, permitted, and bid in 2024. Contractors mobilized on December 2, 2024 to begin erecting scaffolding around the impacted tower. Demolition and reconstruction is anticipated to run through late 2025.

Upcoming: Interior painting, final waterproofing, signage, and final elevator shaft repairs are underway. with site cleanup and demobilization expected to be complete before the end of the year.

1/7/2024 - Contractors have begun installing safety barriers to prevent dust and debris from the construction entering the garage.

1/7/2025 - Scaffolding is being erected and is expected to be completed by the end of January.

2/4/2025 - Scaffolding is complete and demolition is underway.

3/4/2025 - Demolition of the damaged siding and framing is complete.

6/4/2025 - Steel, framing, and fireproofing have been completed. Sheathing installation is underway.

10/22/2025 - The exterior finish is complete and scaffolding has been removed. Contractors are finishing signage, roofing, and interior painting before demobilizing.
